The benefit package was great.

Cons

The management would not provide support to the administrative staff. One office handling over 300 drivers with 3 managers to report to was highly stressful. One administrative staff per office with regional managers that did not provide a supportive atmosphere.

CPC Logistics Response

This is constructive, albeit a little misguided. CPC does not put all of the administrative work for 300 Drivers on one administrative person. CPC has a central services office in St. Louis which has around 75 people that take care of a great deal of the work. It is constructive to say that it was stressful, and that the Managers did not provide a suppotive atmosphere though... although that point could be argued. too. We won't do that here.

pay is excellent, overtime after 8 hours, can easily make $1000 a week, decent equipment

Cons

no set schedule, you don't know where you are going or when you are going until day before. first 6-8 months is on call, work is extremely physical
