      Poorly managed with people in charge who are completely clueless. Run far and fast away from this company if you're an intelligent person.

      Pros

      Some friendly, honest, hard working people (unfortunately not as many as you'd like). Good work - life opportunities. Despite the lack of a formal training process, if you've got the right attitude you can learn the business/ industry.

      Cons

      Totally disjointed management. I have come to be completely disappointed and frankly disgusted by, the more senior management. I too have seen where staff joining the company both at a lesser level and peer level, paid at a higher rate than incumbents. I was told this had existed due to 'sins of the past' - which turned out to be something that continues. Basically, I was bold face lied to by someone whom I initially trusted (evidently overly so).
