Hours were good for me. Native MN staff was good people, Colorado and Tennessee staff NEED to go.

Cons

Gossip, Gossip, Gossip and internal power struggles. No direction, hope a prayer business model. Uncaring management. Unevenly enforced rules and regulations.

CPI strives for a culture where employees are encouraged and comfortable sharing ideas, opinions, and feedback. It is unfortunate our former employee feels he/she did not have his/her concerns resolved. We do have multiple channels for addressing these concerns including direct supervisor, human resources and an anonymous on-line system.

Pros

Good mid level manager team. Work hard together to solve problems. Some great talent working to save this dying company.

Cons

Senior management to focused on finance for a significant amount of time. Lost focus of the production and engineering needs. This is a high volume manufacturing site, but issues were blamed on individuals instead of the systems, system supports and constant refocus to new products or the job of the day.
