      Not a good company Security manager lane is very argumental and very hard to work with

      And in resource are as very hard to work with if you make a complaint they will not do anything

      CPI has established multiple channels for addressing concerns including your direct supervisor, human resources and an anonymous hotline system. I would encourage one of these outlets be utilized so that we can further explore these areas of concern.       Pros

      All the benefits are ample. Opportunity for many office positions to work remotely (highbred). People are great. I always feel management has my back in any situation. Pay grades have recently been adjusted for inflation so pay is good. Reorganization from a buyout has been completed and the right people are in the right positions now and everything runs smoothly. Company is always doing something for employee appreciation. Good bonus program! Lots of opportunity for growth and advancement if you want to.

      Nothing really. I enjoy working for this company and plan to stay for awhile.
