Great company! The culture here is that of continuing to improve and become better in all areas. People are treated with respect and are appreciated for their contributions. My team is one of the best I’ve been a part of in my career.

Pros

The pay was decent with double time for every hour over 40 hours. Bonuses every few months where you got a dollar for every regular hour worked and $2 for every overtime hour worked.

Cons

Overtime was mandatory nearly year-round. Hours and schedules were constantly shifted so that you couldn't have a proper work-life balance. They didn't care how quickly they burnt you out, they just kept forcing you to continue working more and more hours as there was always a mass exodus every couple of months. There was sometimes no work to do but you were still forced to be there on overtime.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. CPI has established multiple channels for addressing concerns including your direct supervisor, human resources and an anonymous hotline system. I would encourage one of these outlets be utilized so that we can further explore these areas of concern. We strive to provide an environment where associates feel they’re valued, treated fairly and respected.
