      Pros

      CPI has pretty good benefits, good time off programs and most supervisors (not management) are decent.

      Cons

      I saw some really bad behavior during COVID. We had to wear masks and social distance for our and others safety. A lot of employees didn't do it or came into work sick and management just ignored it. I saw people YELL at the HR person about masks, vaccines, need to stay home if sick and management just sat there and watched it happen. The company has just changed over the last few years and not for the better. Co-workers are still the best part, but it seems like management is a lot of back stabbing and I'm only here for the money type of environment now. I hear them talk about their management co-workers on the production floor in really bad ways. I wish it would go back to being a respectful work place for everyone.

Our comp department works very hard to employer of choice in all our locations and we realize that benefits, pay and culture are a huge factor. The health and safety of our employees continues to be a top priority at CPI Card Group as we face the challenges associated with the COVID. CPI has established multiple channels for addressing concerns including your direct supervisor, human resources and an anonymous hotline system. I would encourage one of these outlets be utilized so that we can further explore these areas of concern.

      Great work environment and employees Great pay Opportunities for growth CPI is invested in its employees ( Various Bonuses, Employee appreciation events, etc. )

      Cons

      CPI could use more notoriety within the community

      Pros

      There really is none that I can think of.

      Cons

      They only like to hire foreigners. what Caucasian people that they hire are really outcast and I think they just hire enough to keep them within the law. They let you know that you have to work the weekend on Friday, And even when your department is caught up, they expect you to come in to help the ones that play around all week get their work done.
