Cons

There are "managers" but hardly any "leaders" in the Tennessee Operations. Managers are simply people who stuck around long enough to know more than others and not qualified to lead. 2023 was a difficult year as they had a huge 2022 and knowingly set unachievable goals for 2023, thus not able to hit bonuses for most everyone.

CPI has an amazing culture! The leaders lead the company by the core values. Everyone is valued here. CPI offers a lot of internal mobility. They are very competitive in pay and benefits.
