Pros

The leadership all the way up to the exectutives cares about their employees and maintaining a work-life balance. Most of the projects are exciting and will help an employee grow in their position. The overall atmosphere is warm and supportive, and the hours are great with the ability to work from home on Fridays.

Cons

Some processes can be cumbersome.

Sometimes if there are machine issues they get put off until something really bad happen and it won't run.
