Cons

More training on machines would be nice.

Thank you for your feedback. There are a lot of employees who enjoy the schedules at the Centennial site as well! CPI is currently developing a formalized training program in CO so that all employees receive consistent training on all production machines.

* Turnover is incredibly high (1-2 years, gone) * Most New hires recently are all from 2 companies (SquareTwo, and Western Union) where all the executives come from. If not from any of those 2, you will not be in "the circle of trust" (as in the movie "Meet the parents). * Reorgs annually

Thank you for your comments. We strive very hard to be the employer of choice in all our locations and we realize that benefits are a huge factor. Like many companies, we have experienced turnover in the past few years but we are seeing that turnover begin to decrease in 2019. CPI has a very competitive referral program and we are very lucky to have hired amazing employees from many different companies!
