I am lucky to work with some of the most amazing co-workers! Everyone at the company has a laser focus on the internal/ external customer and exceeding expectations. The opportunity to think outside the box in my position and having ability to share feedback on projects really keeps me energized and motivated.

Long shifts. mostly standing out sitting in stool.

Pros

Steady Paycheck, Good employees to work with, great holiday parties.

Cons

Unfair management, promotions are given to those who are favorites, not to those who have earned it or are a better fit. CPI talks a pretty good game on inclusive culture, but what they really want is a bunch of grunt workers to say yes to management and not yearn for more. The upper management has experienced a 100% turnover and there is a lot of finger pointing.
