      Pros

      Co- workers on floor are fun and engaging.

      Cons

      Upper management does not have clue how to treat or train employees. Strong brown nose influence instead of of work ethics. Managers dating or going to lunch together everyday with each other.

      Pros

      Decent group of people. Pretty good benefits considering the Health insurance crisis this country faces. Dress code is pretty loose for office staff and production floor staff. Very secure facility.

      Cons

      CPI Nashville (formerly EFT Source) was acquired by CPI Card Group out of Colorado. The transition is nothing but painful for many departments. The IT departments at each location struggle for power which means nothing gets done without someone putting their foot down.

      Pros

      Tough sacrifices just to maintain a steady paycheque.

      Cons

      One of the most toxic and dysfunctional work environments ever personally experienced. Witnessed very large turnover in multiple locations and a multitude of inept and scheming managers. Went on to better opportunities since, as many others invariably did also. Check out indeed.com for more negative reviews there. Here's one from there that summarizes this company well: "Every man for themselves at this company. Watch your back. There is no team, no direction, no training, no development, and no leaders."
