      Not a good company Security manager lane is very argumental and very hard to work with

      And in resource are as very hard to work with if you make a complaint they will not do anything

      CPI has established multiple channels for addressing concerns including your direct supervisor, human resources and an anonymous hotline system. I would encourage one of these outlets be utilized so that we can further explore these areas of concern.       Pros

      There is nothing good about working for this company. I did not have any positive experiences.

      Cons

      This company is a circus. They do not prepare you for success and get upset when things don't go right. Management has no idea about the functions of the positions under them. The pay is deplorable.

      Pros

      Steady Paycheck, Good employees to work with, great holiday parties.

      Cons

      Unfair management, promotions are given to those who are favorites, not to those who have earned it or are a better fit. CPI talks a pretty good game on inclusive culture, but what they really want is a bunch of grunt workers to say yes to management and not yearn for more. The upper management has experienced a 100% turnover and there is a lot of finger pointing.
