No ethics, chew you up and throw you away.

The biggest concern I have with the company is the existence of favoritism and highly inappropriate behavior amongst the managers and certain employees. I paid close enough attention to notice this and realize how hidden it was. It's wrong. Although it was nice to see the company grow in business, the management team I worked for needs to be more focused and professional. Also, like any employee, it's important to work for a company you respect and receive quality treatment. I was once told in a distasteful manner, "If you don't like this job, why do I see your face every day?" No one should be talked down like that. There are also other employees who are placed under fear of losing their job, so they don't speak up to human resources when they see a problem. I can't speak for every person in management, but I can say the favoritism exists in a few. That alone is not okay. Finally, If I were to describe in a few words about my experience with this company, it would be stable yet poisonous and toxic.
