Hard Work, One of the Best in the Transportation Industry

- superb benefits, especially retirement & stock options, rewards long time incumbents - great compensation w/ bonuses - smart folks in the transport operations field, 1` out of the only 6 class 1 railroads out there - great deal of resources spent on equipment and tools for the occupation

- top heavy - work/life balance can be improved greatly
