      Pros

      Very organized, and process driven and lots of opportunity to move around.

      Cons

      Micromanagement right from the top, you can't do anything without a VP approving it, executives live in a ivory tower, there is little to no socialization because 1) no one has time to look up from there desks and 2) 1/2 the managers and directors are robots with zero personality. There is work life balance for people that enjoy their life at work, as in if you live, eat, breath CP you will succeeded. Also don't make a mistake, perfection is expected at all times. Turn over is crazy high, but CP is not going to change, they will just try to find another robot to fill the seat.

      , good benefits, and if you can get with the right team members you can have challenging and educational work

      Cons

      No life balance. CP will steal from you, vacations and stats. Managers will approve and then the day before cancel it and force you to work it. Then they will say you should have used it. CP is making profit on the backs of their staff. Violence workplace. The only thing Management will not do to you is hit you, but everything else yelling, insulting, public embarrassment, lies etc. HR does not mean Human Resources, it means Human Remains.

      Good pay and benefits. Good bonus.

      Cons

      Was pushed out because I made more money than most people in my position. They pretended I was not doing a good job and ut me on a performance improvement plan they ultimately terminated me for poor performance. The whole thing was a lie, they just wanted to get a new person that they could pay less.
