Ebola free (at the time of writing).

Cons

Management uses subordinates as shields, with the exception of all the friends and family onboard who don't meet minimum job requirements. Vacation time is often not approved and even when it is, you can still expect to be contacted and assigned fulltime tasks. Very low communication, collaboration and morale. No career path or professional development. Even if you work 12 hour days through Christmas no Leader, Manager or Executive will acknowledge any appreciation for doing so. Attempts were made to downplay a Manager collapsing from a heart-attack in the office just before Christmas, 2014.

Pros

The hybrid work arrangement is great especial for people with families. A good place to learn few business basics for graduates and that's it.

Cons

The place is toxic, everyone is miserable. They talk up the place during the interview but its a lie. You will not learn any skills that will advance your career. Be careful not to over perform; they will pile work on you. Managers treat you like a child because they don't know what they want. Turn over is crazy but the company doesn't seem to clue in that there is problem. There is a lot of fake positivity.

-Busy and dynamic workplace. -Decent annual pay and benefits. -Interesting job to discuss outside of work. -A decent pension

Cons

-Terrible schedule and work hours. -Management has required discipline quotas to achieve lest they be disciplined themselves. -Exhausting workloads around heavy equipment with little ability to sleep/ rest makes the workplace potentially very dangerous, get death and dismemberment insurance. Kiss your family before each shift. -
