Cons

Everyday tasks are mundane and training & development is a joke. If you’re in a union position management treats you like a second class citizen and do everything they can to make sure you remember how inferior you are. Their whole “CP Family” sentiment is nothing but a PR stunt and in reality they don’t care about anyone but themselves and their precious shareholders. Toxic work culture all around. If you’re looking for a place to have the life sucked out of you than this is it!
