There are no good reasons to work with CP Rail, I worked in various projects in past of years, earlier they used to appreciate with little memos or appreciating lowest level in pyramids but not anymore. This is a heartless, thankless and barely gives recognition to your hard work,dedication and your innovative ideas. I had to struggle with such a limbo manager whose goal was only to save his job.

Cons

No recognition of your work, and dare sharing any ideas as those ideas will be flagship by some of your managers to save their jobs.

There's no pros I can think of in this company. Only thing is the pay is reasonable.

Cons

Toxic environment, very bad company culture, absolutely no work life balance, no respect and no appreciation from management. You feel like you work for a sweat factory. Stay away
