Pros
Really great people in the organization. The company has a very good total compensation package that rivals any organization.
Cons
Poor HR leadership and culture. Since the beginning of February over 10 people have quit HR and Talent Acquisition. Definitely the worst culture I've ever experienced or heard of, which is apparent due to the amount of turnover. I've been told that once an employee leaves the HR department (restructuring or a new role), their job satisfaction goes up significantly and also was told that when restructuring happened and they moved into HR that their job satisfaction became worse.
