Pros

CPS is a company that is truly invested in making sure employees can succeed in their positions. We are all given all the tools we need to do our jobs effectively and management is always open to the idea of additional training, software upgrades, etc. Being a smaller company with onsite owner presence means decisions can be made quickly if needed. There is a real sense of comradery with fellow employees. We also have numerous team building and fun activities throughout the year. We really do work hard and play hard!

Cons

Growth has been rapid in recent years, as a result we tend to work quickly and often under a lot of pressure. It helps that everyone is really in it together and we all genuinely appreciate each other's efforts!
