Pros

CPS offers a positive work environment with several benefits to the employee to incude flexibility, health and fitness $$, company parties, etc. Working for a company this size allows us to make decisions locally, quickly and in the best interest of our client partners.

Cons

There are no cons working for a company where you can help people find jobs. It's very rewarding!

CPS is incredibly focused on it's employees and creating an environment where they feel appreciated, and are provided the tools they need to be successful. I continue to be impressed with the lengths they go to in order to keep their team motivated and successful. Work Life Balance is a REAL thing here!

Cons

Fast paced business means everyone is on their toes flying around...but as I said...the work is worth the reward, and everyone truly enjoys the people they work with.
