Pros

CRB was a great opportunity during the time that I worked there. Smart people designing, engineering, and building spaces that helped to heal the world during COVID and feed the planet. It was a team environment with entrepreneurship opportunities to grow and make things better.

Cons

Mid-west corporate headquarters and based senior leadership did not understand the Northeast and West Coast marketplaces, how business is conducted in one area does not always translate into another region. Financial difficulties that has led to multiple rounds of layoffs, lack of transparancy, and team collaboration.

at the office level, great designers and engineers... eager to learn, support, and execute high-quality deliverables, impressive talent, and can find a group to truly call your work family.

Cons

Leadership is lacking and organizational change can be exhausting to the point you want to look elsewhere.

The employees are the highlight of the company. I stayed for many years because of the people I worked with.

Cons

Stressful work environment-Late nights and burning the candle at both ends to hit deadlines Went from 1 layoff in the early 2000s to 6+ layoffs since 2023 Pay alignment is extremely off, unless you work in a larger office with career advancement opportunities
