The culture used to be excellent, but for past couple of years with the new management work has been very stressful and lots of turn over.

Pros

Discipline leads, engineers and lower level members great to work with. Generally positive/open work environment.

Cons

Upper level management is not competent with running projects, at least in specific offices. Offices differ with practices which leads to confusion if you end up collaborating with outside resources. Lack of support for lower members trying to grow; very much “you’re on your own” mentality.
