Design Build Team with great potential if have Const Team with Experience

Cons

Having salespeople supervising the construction team is not a good combination. Most of the superintendent does not have any commitment, only with their own money. On top of that, most have no idea about supervision and quality. Lack of proper supervision, superintendent and field team creating OT without performance.

CRB has work and will continue to have work.

Cons

CRB has reorganized , placed people in leadership positions where they shouldn't be, and promoted people who shouldn't have been promoted. Decisions by the leadership team are confusing. There's a clique that operates like high school. Those who are lucky enough to be in the "leaderships clique" get promoted while the others get burned.
