Pros
Great people that are committed to the work they're doing and building a strong culture. The work is hard and demanding but it's clear it's for a bigger purpose and it's so easy with these people to have fun while you're doing it.
Cons
A lot of growth stretches people at times, definitely a culture that's more for self-driven individuals than those that need everything handed to them.
