When first starting at CRB, it was very easy to say yes to everyone and take on too much work. Since then the office has had significant growth, and has started to have weekly meetings to discuss work load and availability. It has become easier to off load work onto others and focus on priorities that require my expertise. At the beginning the work given to me was mindless and unsatisfying. As my experience grew, the work I was required to perform was more unique and creative. You have to give CRB time to grow on you. For any new employee, you may be bored the first month or so until you are placed on your own project. But give it time. After a while, you will have plenty of work. It can become difficult to find a work life balance. Recently "FUN" was added to our core values. We have plenty of social hours, group lunches, and summer outings, and events to socialize and relax. The dynamic of the CRB Boston/Medford Office has significantly changed over the past one (1) to two (2) years.
