      Professional development, friendly environment, challenging & exciting projects, mentoring, leadership listens, teambuilding, across office involvement, good pay & benefits. Overall great culture.

      Cons

      Maternal leave for mothers is only 6 weeks disability. No parental leave options for fathers.

      Some folks don't do well with the level of collaboration required, the constant learning, or the open-endedness. Some folks are used to organizations that are cut-throat and political. CRB can be miserable for them.
