Company culture is fantastic and unbeatable. You will be treated as an individual with value and worth, who's wants and needs matter. The company and upper management encourage learning. Often they are supportive of even jumping career paths within the company to give you more experience and help you figure out what you really want to do and what you will excel at.

Cons

Company is growing quickly and is still creating standards/processes. On the construction side, communication and expectations aren't always clear, which can be frustrating but manageable if you speak up. It is important to advocate for yourself in order to be heard.
