      Bad management exits regardless good review

      Pros

      Most of the people are supportive, but they can't do much if you are working for a bad manager.

      Cons

      Don't be fooled by the good reviews. Be sure to talk to the people you will be working with especially you direct manager before accepting any position. I can't stand working for this place after a short 3-months.

      - No pros at this work place

      Cons

      - Construction driven by design folks - The one solution sounds attrictive to clients but ends them up paying more with lots of problems - The local offices have their remote in Philadelphia and Kansas - There are no HRs in local offices - Company hires and promotes toxic managers not letting the subordinate employees and the company grow - The offices have very few projects to keep the employees employed
