Pros

Great for entry level employees, will coordinate with all disciplines, work in a fast paced environment and learn from some of the best Subject Matter Experts in the industry.

Cons

Horribly managed, if you're anything above entry level get out! Merit does not matter at CRB, it's all about who you know and where you work. Company culture is a thing of the past, now its just an attempted profit center that does not care about its people. Promotes poor management and throws design team under the bus at any moment. If you are not friends with the bosses you have virtually no chance to move through the ranks unless you're willing to kiss up and become friends with said bosses. Bringing up any of these issues to leadership will get you labeled as a "complainer" and pushed further down the line. Poor management will lead to lower profits and really impact this company in a couple years when poor performance employees that we're promoted on nepotism are running the show. Get out while you can.

Unprofessional & Toxic Work Environment

Pros

Work from home policy was the only redeeming factor

Cons

All your vacation you take for the year counts against your billable hour ratio. For example, most employees ration is 90%. if you take your full 4 weeks of vacation, you will need to make up that time by working 4 weeks extra for free. if you don't, your billable ratio drops to 60% and you will not get a raise or promotion for next year. Many of my former co-workers are you constant fear of being let go due to a lack of work and management has been know to horde work for themselves to make there billable hour ratio better and leave their team with no work. Colleagues from all offices have experience every type of "ism" behavior that you can think of with management turning a blind eye in the name of quarterly earnings or to protect the "Boys Club"
