      Pros

      CRB has work and will continue to have work.

      Cons

      CRB has reorganized , placed people in leadership positions where they shouldn't be, and promoted people who shouldn't have been promoted. Decisions by the leadership team are confusing. There's a clique that operates like high school. Those who are lucky enough to be in the "leaderships clique" get promoted while the others get burned.

      CRB is a company that is getting a lot of things right. They have excellent company culture in their local and corporate offices. I have a safe, comfortable, and fun environment that allows me to grow and do my best work. CRB takes time and effort to make sure they are hiring great people who are passionate and treat others fairly. I love coming to work here every day.
