      Not many I can think of.

      Cons

      CRB's leadership is incompetent, toxic, gaslighting, manipulative, and I was literally threatened with physical violence by my department VP. Constantly use buzz phrases like "best in class", "world class" and claim to have an amazing culture from the top down but its all for show to try and win future projects. The culture is absolute trash from the top down with no ownership or accountability at the highest level.

      Pay is above average and benefits are decent.

      Cons

      This is an engineering company, they could care less about construction . Nothing is organized it’s literally a free for all. Always traveling and you never know what’s next.

      Paycheck is bi-monthly. Co-workers are fun to work with.

      Cons

      Click culture. Upper management has no understanding of schedules or how construction works. Very long hours 50+ a week Bonuses are very low No company vehicles Insurance that is company paid has very night deductible 401k match is low Problems do not get addressed in a good manner, and are left to fester Design is constantly over budget or behind schedule. Thereby increasing stress on construction. When design goes over budget, they make it up with profits from construction. Many designers that are not held accountable.
