Some great people in in some offices.

Cons

Toxic culture due to a handful of old people who belittle the staff. Overworked/under paid. Employee complaints go unaddressed. Constant harassment, bullying, back stabbing, by old two faced employees. Force people out by creating hostile work environment. Unfair treatment and double standards. You suffer emotional distress due to the outrageous intentional acts of other people.

Cons

Maternal leave for mothers is only 6 weeks disability. No parental leave options for fathers.
