      Pros

      The people are welcoming, diverse, supportive and kind. As a new employee, I was welcomed with open arms and immediately felt a part of the CRB family.

      Cons

      The surplus of snacks is not helping my diet at all :)

      Pros

      Very good place to start for recent graduates willing to learn HVAC. People are knowledgeable and mostly friendly The company strives to improve interactions among employers through events and outings.

      Great work environment with friendly and intelligent employees. Fun activities to do outside of the day to day work.

      Cons

      Currently low amount of work in some offices which lead to layoffs. Minimal on-site experience for new employees.
