Welcoming and friendly staff on a personal level. My core team leader (aka office director) was great, I just wish I had a more direct reporting structure to him.

Cons

The company is lacking an efficient and effective process throughout all offices. Many meetings I was in felt like a waste of time and those I should have been in, I wasn’t invited to.

There is a good group of people who work there. There isn't much more positive to offer.

Cons

They will lie to you. They promise you the world to get you to accept the position and then break every promise shortly after. They claim to be a company that prides itself on not laying people off and say they are not a hire fire company. However they just had a layoff off dozens of employees. The company isn't doing well and you should stay away.
