      Some great people but not a great culture

      Pros

      A lot of the people who work here are absolutely fantastic - smart, friendly, and fun to work with! They also do a great job of providing some key comforts such as excellent food, fun activities, and a nice office to work in.

      Cons

      The culture can be very "toxic" at times due to a handful of egotistical, empowered engineers that at times, treat the people around them very poorly.

      Pros

      CRB is a great place to work. There are opportunities for growth and development. CRB spends a good bit of time and money on the professional development of it's staff. You can also pave a way for yourself, especially if there is an area in which you excel and can find a business need for that. You can make the most of your career at CRB. They are engaging in the community, young professionals and mentoring of their staff.

      You have to be a self starter.

      Family culture, challenging work, flat structure, variety of projects, opportunities for advancement and ownership, prestige in the industry

      Cons

      Some folks don't do well with the level of collaboration required, the constant learning, or the open-endedness. Some folks are used to organizations that are cut-throat and political. CRB can be miserable for them.
