Pros

Challenging and personally rewarding work as it directly improves the lives of people around the world. Teams feel more like family than co-workers. Flexible hours and availability of working from home when needed are a big plus. People are willing to jump in and help when you ask for it. I am a senior level person that has worked at several places in my career and have many contacts in other companies. CRB is at the very top of the list!

Cons

Promotion seems to be more about who you know versus what you have done for the company. They seem to keep there top technical performers in the same roles even though those employees have other goals.

Honest company at the top of their game for pharmaceutical process design. Has many industry experts under the CRB umbrella.

Cons

management needs to diversify projects they chase for their builders side . Growth into hospital and higher Ed lab work needs to more actively pursued.

Pros

There are some really great people who work there. The work is challenging and exciting.

Cons

There is quite a lot infighting between managers and pockets of toxicity here and there between cliques. Plan on investing time in schmoozing with the right people if you want to get a head. It is a very competitive environment, so be prepared to defend your work against jealous co-workers. Favoritism and complacency seem commonplace.
