Pros

Modern “fun” office to cater to Gen-Z interns and project associates.

Cons

Budget cut leading to lay offs and demolishing entire teams. CEO (Michael Dignam) repeatedly made ignorant comments during org-wide meetings. Disconnection between C-suite level employees who are in their 50s and younger generations who are in their 20-30s.

Pros

Good team, diverse projects. Team buildings, occasional work trips, home office possible. The salary is tied to dollar rate.

Cons

Too much internal politics for an NGO. You must track your hours on certain projects by yourself, which is not always transparent. Some work hours are hard to account. And it's your responsibility, if you want to get paid.
