Wonderful coworkers and decent benefits.

Cons

Processes do not exist. Finance team is expected to create reports with unreliable data. Roles are not clearly defined and staff morale is low. Meeetings occur all day which leaves little time for actual work. Lack of communication leads to misunderstanding and incorrect guidance

Cons

Salaries are not commensurate with workloads for project managers and program assistants. The organization also does not have a coherent vision of its future goals. This lack of clarity leads management to view staff as cogs in a vast project management machine and to ignore the value of subject matter expertise when servicing clients.
