      Pros

      99% of the people working there are pure gold! A real treat to work with. If you can avoid the few cancers that are bad IT Leaders, then you'll be perfectly fine. I reported to one of said bad leaders and all on my team and I were absolutely crippled by them...in morale AND productivity.

      Cons

      The IT culture is communication-last, quantity over quality, and cut throat. The individual contributors are awesome, people manager's could just about all be replaced. You'll regret it!

      Pros

      It's a job to pay the bills. Plenty of over time in maintenance because the plant is so out of date that equipment stays down. You can average 120 hours every two weeks.

      Cons

      Management is terrible. The plant manager and maintenance manager both walked out at the same time so they put people in their spots that do t deserve the position. Work life balance is a joke. Your schedule never stays the same. People get treated like dirt on the production floor and told that they are not cared about. Certain people get away with things you will get fired for. If you absolutely need a job take it but if bot then be patient.

      Most people that work here are easy to with

      Cons

      Company will cut employees to increase profits without consideration that it was the employees that got them the profits in the first place. Very old school mentality. Not a lot of flexibility allowed at the corporate level. Just converted all offices to open concept.
