Very large company and benefits in the U.S. are good Also 401(k) vesting is good
Cons
The company is unreasonable and unrealistic. Leadership is the worst and does a lot of telling people what to do but not doing any work. There are so many leaders and less entry level employees therefore too many people telling only a limited amount of employees what to do. Avoid this place at all costs unless you’re a family member and a white male that has worked at least 15 years.
