      Pros

      Decent benefits great people to work with. My supervisor is one of the best people IV ever worked for, he will always have your back as will as teach you and help you grow with in the company as far as he can.

      Cons

      Very poor upper management. They don't communicate. They don't look for solutions to problems, only some one to blame for the problem. they don't care about or even interact with the working employees. I went to work for CRH under the impression that they were a family oriented company that believes in promoting and raising their own but in reality they don't promote from with in.
