Pros
there were a few good people to work with and you can pave with other companies who will treat you better. if you work for someone else you'll be thankful.
Cons
No one cares about the dump truck drivers. If you weren't a former concrete driver there is no possibility to move up the latter. If you get fired they will band you from all of their properties so no one can higher you in that same industry because they have the monopoly in the entire state.
