Pros

Everyone you work with is like a giant family. They give you a very generous amount of PTO and sick days. They are very understanding of personal issues if you need to come in late or leave early. Full benefits are a major plus. Compensation is a great rate, even to start.

Cons

There are no downsides. I couldn't be more grateful to have an opportunity to work here.

Pros

Safety, financial matrix, marketing strategy, purchasing power, leverage the portfolio, strong diverse company, ability to win with strength by numbers, looks good on your resume to have been on the team.

Cons

There is not much to look forward to when you have a terrible manager. When you make a team that is successful and sustainable you would expect it to remain in tact. And through time you gain ground making a strong team. But some managers have a negative way of to make changes and it sure is 100% proof that after great leadership starts to move on to bigger and better things that the once strong and sustainable team will leave for whatever the cases are. And in some cases shortly after there has been no team in tact a location will fail and after great losses, someone will ask yhemselves why did they allow that to happen. Theere looks to be a shift in the companies ability to find the replacement of the glue that once held a team together. Now there is no team. Together Everyone Achieves More is only an acronym but one that needs to be applied in the locations that have suffered the losses of teams being harassed and dismantled.
