Pros

Compensation can be good, even though mine was crappy, I know other employees were making very good money. Nice office location and space

Cons

Hard to trust anyone. Contractors are made to feel as if they are second-class. High turnover where people are fired at the drop of a hat. No work-life balance for full-time employees. Very hard to meet "genuinely" nice people - everyone seems nice on the surface, but once you're there for a while, the claws come out. I feared I would be fired every single day and after 3 months it finally happened. For a reference point, I have never even come close to being fired before. It scarred me forever. If you're just looking for some job, any job, sure, start here while you continue to search for something else. If you're in a financial position to say no, stay away from this place.

Pros

Benefits were pretty standard. Offices were nice. People are nice overall but management is lacking. Pay was below standard and no extra benefits.

Cons

Lack of direction overall for the company. Lack of management trust in their employees. In general everyone is overworked, with no clear advancement options. They claim to be a lean organization but with a lack of efficiency and processes to support the claim. It is still an “old boy” system and only focused on the bottom line. Though it’s a big company, it operates like a small company with no processes and efficiency.

Pros

Great retirement plan. Some really great managers ..unfortunately they get ditched if they start making too much money. Health insurance is decent but only 80/20 plans.

Cons

Dishonest management, constantly restructuring, the company seems to want to get rid of veteran employees to replace them with lower salaries. Total lack of integrity.
