very quick to put the blame on somebody else when something goes wrong insteed of figuring out what happened and how to fix it be prepard to work hard for poor pay

Steady long term job if you like this kind of work. Very hard to get fired as long as you are doing your job for the most part.

Cons

Taking calls literally all day- 8 hours straight, poor management, hires anyone off the street- reminded me of high school
