Really enjoyed the people and the ability to work unlimited overtime

Cons

Safety was always a concern because it was a quarry with high dust levels especially during dry weather. Noise pollution also an issue due to loud machinery

upper management ungrateful for your hard work, no matter what you do or how hard you work for them if the they run the numbers and see that they could save a buck from cutting you they would do so in a heart beat. lack of growth, no support, no training, no respect
