Decent salary if your qualified, not great but decent. Employee safety is noticeable, which is great to see. Good safety culture.

Cons

YOU will have to work weekends. I was told by HR during the interview that the equipment breaks ALOT. Also, they have new equipment on the floor that has never been operational. I was told that the manufacturer came out and tried to fix, but with no success.

Good people to worth with for the most part.

Cons

Alot of people were in the CIOs back pocket. He ruled with an iron fist where everyone was scares of him.
