Management treats you like slaves, customers are verbally abusive and you are told to suck it up, the company is very deceitful.

"Safety first" is more than just a slogan. Good pay and benefits compared with the competitors. Huge company = many opportunities for growth, but you have to be willing to work hard for them.

Cons

Being a large company, navigating the bureaucracy is difficult and really gets old after a while.
