Pros

Good safety program. Unsafe conditions are quick to be remedied. Decent people to work with. Insurance benefits.

Cons

Insurance benefits package is not very good. Generally very short notice given for out of town work(1 or 2 days),no holiday pay, no bonus, no vacation pay. Required to sign numerous personal consent forms, release forms, and authorizations forms.

easy to get hired and within driving distance from home. Not a hard company to get hired at when I needed a job.

Cons

not employee friendly, upper management was more into each other then to the agents taking the calls for the company.

Cons

Upper management tends to be a bit cliqueish and tight with sharing of information for those not among the inner circle.
